PromoTheRobot Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Who said how WGR would spin it? Matt Coller: "Cassel looks like he's the starter!"
LB3 Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 (edited) Who said how WGR would spin it? Matt Coller: "Cassel looks like he's the starter!"That can't be real. Edit. OC said it. Edited August 29, 2015 by LBSeeBallLBGetBall

Reed83HOF Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 I think this team is a super bowl contender with a little good luck. If the QBs play like this throughout the season....Just give it to us
BmarvB Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 It was Tyrod since before training camp even started. It was Tyrod before Rex and Roman were even hired here. The plan was already in place. Roman was going where Rex was going and they were trading for Tyrod. Now a guy who everybody counted out steps up, overcomes all obstacles and needless negativity, and KILLS it with everything on the line. But for nothing. Lame, lame, lame. I haven't seen those kinds of intangibles from Tyrod yet. EXACTLY!!!! EJ's earned his starting job back. Tyrod has done enough for #2 but EJ does have more starts. Cassel stays as the veteran presence. We still need that while these guys continue to develop.
Nihilarian Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Greg Roman is making Marrone/Hackett look like complete idiots! Anybody else think the offense may be underrated (as evidenced by how many talking heads say we have the worst QB situation in NFL). Good thing the Bills don't want to show anything to the Colts, and played a vanilla offense. the bigger aspect might be the play of the offensive line now that the supposed o line guru is in Jacksonville. It amazes me what two decent OG's will do for a team. I yearn to have Pears, and Chris Williams back
BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 (edited) Start TT or EJ and trade Cassel, don't cut him! Edited August 29, 2015 by BuffaloBillsMagic1
LB3 Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 OC's thread about what the spin will be if EJ plays well should be opened. I'm losing my mind after reading that Matthew Coller quote.
justnzane Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 I think this team is a super bowl contender with a little good luck. We need Rex to be like Lou Brown It wouldn't hurt to have Murph be like Uecker.
May Day 10 Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Who would have guessed that everyone would look good? Lol
PromoTheRobot Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 REX NAMES SIMMS AS STARTER........................................(for Detroit)
Nihilarian Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 BTW, this years EJ is the result of having an actual NFL offensive coordinator coaching him. I am drooling over the thought of Shady McCoy, Sammy, and Woods playing in the opener. This years Bills offense should be able to keep step with Mr Luck
Buffalo Barbarian Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 The 3 headed monster is upon us... if you got 3 QBs then you have one
BmarvB Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Ej does have more starts than TT, he's the only QB of the 3 (nevermind Simms) to have TD passes in each game he's played. He was the underdog in the competition and overcame everything that came his way to earn back the job. He's proven to be resilient, and has come a long way now that he has better coaching. Go with him in week 1. It's his time!!
ToGoGo Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Tyrod still doesn't have a TD pass in preseason. Just saying. He looked GREAT in the drive to start the 3rd quarter, but you can't just give it to him after what EJ did. He's got IT and you never bench IT.
