VaMilBill Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 I would like to see a couple more drives from Tyrod and another by EJ
Deranged Rhino Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Broke 2 ribs in college. Most painful thing I've ever dealt with. Now, I'm a fat lazy 35 year old desk jockey so take that with a grain of salt but I couldn't laugh for 3 weeks without wanting to die. Yeah, it's not very fun. Which is why Sammy playing with a broken rib through the first half of last year was so impressive.
Freddie's Dead Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Rex has a very tough decision to make. EJ or Tyrod? Either way, those rags telling us we had the worst QB situation in the NFL were clearly full of chit.
Nanker Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Good job Tyrod. Of course Cassle would have taken all the time off the clock and probably wouldn't have scored. But hey, he's a vet.
MattM Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Best part if they cut Cassel is that we get $4 or $5m back for our cap that we can carry over into next year when we'll need it.
Mij yllek Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 (edited) How about that! The offense looks great (other than Cassel) and the defense is stinking it up like a dirty diaper on a car seat in the Arizona sun. Edited August 29, 2015 by Mij yllek
Dibs Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 How much better is the 2015 OL compared to the 2014 OL?
ScrewyLouie Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 No Dareus. The best player on the field. So one guy out means it's not the starting defense. O.K. then the Bills won't have a starting defense against the Colts, so we might as well forget about having a chance to win that one. Then what happens if one of the starting 11 gets hurt. Then they won't have a starting defense for the whole year.
BuffaloBaumer Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 No way in Hell can anyone think Cassel earned a starter spot.
YoloinOhio Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Marrone thinks Goodwin should play the 2nd half #ribinjuriesarenothing
MDH Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 How much better is the 2015 OL compared to the 2014 OL? Thus far is looks a lot better. Very concerned about depth though.
Freddie's Dead Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 How much better is the 2015 OL compared to the 2014 OL? NFL guards make all the diff. Miller and the Bully have been a real eye-opener.
Prickly Pete Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Good job Tyrod. Of course Cassle would have taken all the time off the clock and probably wouldn't have scored. But hey, he's a vet. Cassel the Clock Killer.
mannc Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 ha, no one would give them anything, MAYBE a 7th. They should keep him as the 3 because he knows the offense. He is an adequate backup QB. Some teams do not have adequate backups. It's not crazy to think someone might give up a late round pick for a decent backup QB.

nkreed Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Do you think the coaches see what the fans see? That the offense stinks with Meh, but is dynamic with TT and EJ?
GunnerBill Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Marrone thinks Goodwin should play the 2nd half #ribinjuriesarenothing Whatever happens Mike Williams isn't getting in.

Then they won't have a starting defense for the whole year. Not "one guy", the best guy on the field. Also, Gilmore and Leodis -- both starting CBs out. And the Bills won't have their starting defense out there against the Colts without Dareus -- but they will have their regular gameplan in place. That makes a difference.
