....lybob
So basically you're hoping that a socialist backs his way in to the executive via a split vote. What are you hoping for after that? He torches the Reichstag? torching the Reichstag seems a little redundant maybe 1000 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC
TakeYouToTasker
Too phucking bad. You think ignoring this stuff willl KEEP us from an American Idol presidency? If you do, you're a fool. Here's the thing: the left does this ALL the time. They will NEVER stop. EVER. In fact, each year they get progressively worse. Right up to Ann Romney's horse she has for therapy following her battle with cancer. That didn't stop the left. Nothing stops the left. Because they ONLY care about winning elections. How they win it means nothing to them. They do it. And they win. So phuck 'em. Maybe Joe Biden should explain to us why his son had an account? In fact, let's treat this like the left does. Let's not just ask Biden. Let's ask ALL the Democrat candidates what they think of BIden's son cheating. Then let's ask them what they think of cheating in general Then let's ask them whether they have an Ashley Madison account, and if they endorse adultery. They brought this upon themselves. Congratulations! You're part of the problem!
Who is Yuri?
Dem candidates, old and white older and whiter with Joe. How is the left going to defend that? How do the Dem candidates relate to Millenials? Bernie relates very well. The others Dem Candidates relate fairly well. Other than that, what is there to criticize? What's the drawback, for the older part, other than not being able to relate to younger voters? There's no drawback to being older and more experienced, as long as you can relate and excite younger voters. And did you really mean to draw attention to how minorities will vote? Young voters and minorities will overwhelmingly vote for Democrats. So, why do you really think that the "left (bull **** label)," needs to "defend (we're all Americans on the same team, so we should all be defending together, not attacking each other)" the Democratic candidates? IDBillzFan
Congratulations! You're part of the problem! I'm only part of the problem because I waited too long to swing back. Now look at them. I simply pointed out that the left criticizes Republicans for being the party of old white male people who elect the old white male people that run yet the Dems have only old white people running. So given that, can we now count on the left to completely drop that talking point altogether since the Republicans have some younger candidates along with a woman, a black man, a couple hispanics and an Indian running while the Dems are only old and white? They're on the ropes, now. You couldn't get older and whiter if you tried. But you haven't swung back. Instead you've opted to help Democrats punch whatever intelligence managed to remain in our sorry excuse for political dialogue out of existence. Swinging back would have been to publicly take Democrats to task over delegitimizing and trivializing things that matter in favor of identity politics and sensationalism. I genuinely appreciate what you're saying, but the days of taking the high road are over. No one can hear a conservative's rational thought over all the yelling by the left...on TV, on radio, in newspapers, movies, TV shows, and even magazines. And when they yell, they reach for labels that shut down the high road completely. You're a racist, a misogynist, and you suffer from white privilege. You are offensive to Indians because you watch a football team, and you hate women because you don't like your taxpayer dollars being used to ship baby skulls. You want babies to starve and grandmas to die so much that you are actually pushing their wheelchair off a cliff with grandma IN THE WHEELCHAIR! You're a pig because you dare to accept that a white police officer shot a black man because the black man reached in a patrol car to take the officer's gun, which is immediately followed by members of congress raising their hands in session to yell "Hands up, don't shoot!" to support a thug who brought on his own ridiculous death instead of the officer who put his life on the line for others every single day. You don't rationalize with these idiots because they're too stupid and loud to rationalize. So you fight the way they fight, or you continue to lose simply because you think the high road is best...even if you never, ever win.

It's the "I'm sorry, but you aren't welcome to participate in the conversation, because you are behaving like a petulant child. GG
Are you joining the argument that states the cheapening of our electoral process in favor of an American Idol president is better? Recognizing a problem and providing a solution are different things. That's why I asked how would you fix things and over what medium? It's one thing to take the high road ideologically, but when everyone ignores that high road because nobody even knows it exists, you kind of miss the target. So again, how do you propose to reign in the American Idol monster? LA's plan is to take it head on, in its own medium and force the change from within. What's your plan? So again, how do you propose to reign in the American Idol monster? LA's plan is to take it head on, in its own medium and force the change from within. What's your plan? As I said earlier, It's not about the high road. Negative attacks on the positions, policies, and outcomes of your opposition are very legitimate, and good for political discourse in many instances. It's the outright lies, corruption, personalization, and otherwise Alinsky-esque garbage that need to go. When you deal with people who seek to control you and the conversation by resorting to these tactics, you simply say: "I'm sorry, but you're a liar, and a charlatan; and that renders you unqualified to participate in this conversation. You're unwelcome here, so if you won't stop, I'm going to excuse myself, because I won't sit here attempting to defend myself against the false narrative you're trying to associate me with. You're garbage isn't worth dignifying." Then you make good on it. You leave the room, the town, the state, or, if it becomes necessary, you divide the country up, and let them run their new commonwealth into the ground.
