i wonder if that's where they got my steaks last week at Mortons, did you know I went there last week for free?

Pooj- everyone and their brother knows about you free loading on your friends parents and bailing on the gratuity....

PS- what's the deal with Morton's? I assume it's a high end joint?

$55 for a steak and the sides are a la carte at $15 each. My dad gave me a $100 gift card for Christmas that I have not yet used because I know I'd have to pony up another $200 just for the two of us. Edited by Chef Jim

Ouch! Is it worth it?? I cook a pretty awesome steak, so I typically don't order them when I go out.

When you cook your "awesome" steak, how do you get rid of the tire marks and bruising from your front bumper?

I generally cut around those parts during processing... If there is no avoiding the use of that meat, I use a meat mallet to blend it in
