CowgirlsFan Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Another clever way to be green and use plastic in another way.

Pooj- everyone and their brother knows about you free loading on your friends parents and bailing on the gratuity.... PS- what's the deal with Morton's? I assume it's a high end joint?

PS- what's the deal with Morton's? I assume it's a high end joint? $55 for a steak and the sides are a la carte at $15 each. My dad gave me a $100 gift card for Christmas that I have not yet used because I know I'd have to pony up another $200 just for the two of us. Edited August 13, 2015 by Chef Jim
CountryCletus Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Ouch! Is it worth it?? I cook a pretty awesome steak, so I typically don't order them when I go out.

Gugny Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Is marinading singing to your meat whilst marinating it?
Chef Jim Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Is marinading singing to your meat whilst marinating it? Searinating is singing to it while you cook it.

I generally cut around those parts during processing... If there is no avoiding the use of that meat, I use a meat mallet to blend it in
