YoloinOhio Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 5 practices in. Pretty impressive for a rookie. @SI_PeterKing: From Wed in Nashville: Titans1: Five practices without a pick from Mariota. Whis trying to temper expectations, but the kids been terrific.
Nanker Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Titans have a piss-poor defense, is how i read that.
HereComesTheReignAgain Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 If this was Buffalo, the national media headline would be..."Buffalo defense fails to register an interception through 5 practices"
Dorkington Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Ugh, way to go Whaley, can't believe we passed on Mariota.
YoloinOhio Posted August 6, 2015 Author Posted August 6, 2015 Ugh, way to go Whaley, can't believe we passed on Mariota. ha In other news, Chip Kelly is in the fetal position
Canadian Bills Fan Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 If this was Buffalo, the national media headline would be..."Buffalo defense fails to register an interception through 5 practices" So true CBF
Malazan Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 I was reading a thing about Winston and how they're running a high completion % offense down there so everyone is watching and going "ZOMG SO GOOD". Speculated it may be a trend with the expectation on rookie QBs now to prevent a shark feeding frenzy on them.
Buffalo_Stampede Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Its all about perspective. ESPN NFL Nation @ESPN_NFLNation Silly to worry about Aaron Rodgers' training camp interceptions http://es.pn/1W4bMqf
8-8 Forever? Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 If this was Buffalo, the national media headline would be..."Buffalo defense fails to register an interception through 5 practices" just win, and all that goes away. simple process. go bills/make it so
YoloinOhio Posted August 6, 2015 Author Posted August 6, 2015 I think camp is the time to take chances and throw some picks. Maybe he is taking chances and connecting, but it could be all screen passes, I have no idea. But come on Searcy - he always had a nose for the ball.
reddogblitz Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Not sure this is such a good thing. Often when learning something new you learn at least as much through the failures as successes. We'll see what he does when we play them.
26CornerBlitz Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 WGAS?!? Let's see what happens in a real game.
Buffalo_Stampede Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Not sure this is such a good thing. Often when learning something new you learn at least as much through the failures as successes. We'll see what he does when we play them. Exactly.
shibuya Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Ugh, way to go Whaley, can't believe we passed on Mariota. I know. How could he possibly pass on this guy when we are so desperate. Time to fire Whaley [/sarcasm]
Mr. WEO Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 If this was Buffalo, the national media headline would be..."Buffalo defense fails to register an interception through 5 practices" Nah....."who?"
John from Riverside Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Marcus is gonna be a good pro.......been following him for a while
boyst Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 He reminds me of Geno but better. I don't like Geno much. I also would like to suggest that maybe Marriota isn't taking chances, playing it safe.
YoloinOhio Posted August 6, 2015 Author Posted August 6, 2015 Niether has Tyrod.i believe Mariota is always against the first team D
