birdog1960 Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 That's true with the primary difference being that Rush would actually ask substantive questions. i'd like to see it. I know the gray matter i'd bet on...and it's never been exposed to Viagra or massive doses of hydrocodone.
3rdnlng Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 i'd like to see it. I know the gray matter i'd bet on...and it's never been exposed to Viagra or massive doses of hydrocodone. Please explain why increased blood flow and prior overuse of an opioid would make Rush Limbaugh a poor moderator.

Nanker Posted October 30, 2015 Author Posted October 30, 2015 And it's good to know that the moderators are all virgins wrt substance abuse. At least we're sure that none of them will be voting for a Republican. It seems like they have to indignantly show their contempt to and for Republicans as though that will gain them increased stature within their cocktail partying crowd. Hey birdbrain, do you think Sammy will be voting Democrat or Republican? You seem to revile him as an unintelligent entertainer. That would likely have him in the Republican camp according to your astute analysis of the relative intellectual stature of the two parties. Do you really think he's a Republican? How many more just like him will be voting for Hillary? Is that something you can take comfort in?

"just like him"? in what way? i'm guessing he won't vote. not sure he could read the ballot. uneducated is not a desirable trait for anyone especially someone that had the opportunity of a decent university education. Please explain why increased blood flow and prior overuse of an opioid would make Rush Limbaugh a poor moderator. read it again. it's about who would win in that test of wits or half wits depending on who we're talking about.
Chef Jim Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 Please explain why increased blood flow and prior overuse of an opioid would make Rush Limbaugh a poor moderator. At least you had some idea of what the !@#$ he's talking about. Or at least I assume you did.
Chef Jim Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 read it again. it's about who would win in that test of wits or half wits depending on who we're talking about. Ok. So what does Viagra or hydrocodone have to do with wits?
Azalin Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 Please explain why increased blood flow and prior overuse of an opioid would make Rush Limbaugh a poor moderator. It's really because he never graduated from college, and therefore likely never read any of the classics.
keepthefaith Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 RNC is growing a pair... finally. Good. !@#$ 'em.
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 RNC is growing a pair... finally. He'll yea. Don't play into their bull **** game. Its about time they realized they need to grow a set. I would take it a step further once the primary is over and its R vs D they need to insist on a conservative moderator on the panel
3rdnlng Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 At least you had some idea of what the !@#$ he's talking about. Or at least I assume you did. Well, birdbrain didn't think so. According to him I have poor reading comprehension since I asked him to explain why increased blood flow and prior use of a drug would make Rush Limbaugh a less than desirable moderator. I guess his response to Rob mentioning that Rush would make a good moderator with birdbrain's comment about hydrocodone and Viagra has no connection. birdog1960Veteran Members 6,964 posts Posted Today, 10:21 AM Rob's House, on 29 Oct 2015 - 12:21 PM, said: That's true with the primary difference being that Rush would actually ask substantive questions. i'd like to see it. B-Man Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 RNC ‘SUSPENDS’ PARTNERSHIP WITH NBC AFTER DEBATE ‘CONDUCTED IN BAD FAITH:’ Priebus told the NBC chief that “the CNBC network is one of your media properties, and its handling of the debate was conducted in bad faith.” “We understand that NBC does not exercise full editorial control over CNBC’s journalistic approach. However, the network is an arm of your organization, and we need to ensure there is not a repeat performance,” he continued. “CNBC billed the debate as one that would focus on ‘the key issues that matter to all voters—job growth, taxes, technology, retirement and the health of our national economy.’ That was not the case.” “Before the debate, the candidates were promised an opening question on economic or financial matters. That was not the case. Candidates were promised that speaking time would be carefully monitored to ensure fairness. That was not the case. Questions were inaccurate or downright offensive. The first question directed to one of our candidates asked if he was running a comic book version of a presidential campaign, hardly in the spirit of how the debate was billed.” As Michael Walsh wrote even before news of Priebus’ decision, “The Media’s Potemkin Village Starts to Topple” — hopefully today’s announcement will only hasten its demise.

I couldn't believe that you were unaware of the effect of narcotics on cognition. the reason for invoking Viagra is also obvious- it assigns gender, dummy
DC Tom Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 I couldn't believe that you were unaware of the effect of narcotics on cognition. the reason for invoking Viagra is also obvious- it assigns gender, dummy Viagra assigns gender? Invoking Viagra assigns gender? So what sort of narcotics are you on?
Nanker Posted October 30, 2015 Author Posted October 30, 2015 The debate will still take place. It's just that the RNC kicked NBC out of the deal. I wonder which network will pick it up? "The RNC still plans to hold a debate on Feb. 26 date that includes National Review, a conservative publication that was partnering with NBC for the upcoming debate."
B-Man Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 and for those of you who want to invoke the "they don't want to face tough questions" canard......................don't forget. Political reporters collectively yawned when the DNC banned Fox from hosting debates. Today they are OUTRAGED............................ Adorable. There's nothing wrong with tough questions, its the slanted, non-pertinent questions that come with a paragraph of liberal talking points and a healthy helping of rudeness that have no place in a debate.

I simply asked you to explain yourself. So, what you are saying is that Rush can't think straight because he took hydrocodone? Out of curiosity, what gender is he/she now that he/she took Viagra?
