That's over the top for sure. Wonder if he'll lose his job for that obtuse remark.

Reports are that they were going to fire him, but the guy just denied saying it, even though it was on tape, and everyone in the station and New England thought that he didn't say it. So he got a raise.

We get the ruling tomorrow right?

If so, is it final or can both sides still appeal?

CBF

After the decision both sides can appeal. If the judge upholds the suspension they could ask him for a stay on it while they appeal.

If its reduced to 2 games they may just take it and walk...

If its removed the NFL will appeal.

Yep, although there is virtually no chance the judge makes it two games. That's not what he is charged with ruling on. He's going to go one way or another.

It also matters what he writes in his decision. But chances are very good he will rule for the league or for Brady and the loser will appeal. The real issue then becomes if Brady could get an injunction allowing him to play until it has been decided.

Along with an injunction at the request of the NFLPA to allow Brady to play if they do not like Judge Berman's ruling.

I have read that the injunction is less than likely to be granted, but who knows.
