They just use the sidewalks. When I worked in the SF area and had to go into downtown SF in the morning (about 8-8:30 AM) the store owners in Market Street (The main drag) would be out hosing off the urine from their front doors. I thougnt 'Ah spring! And the smell of urine is in the air!"

i was leaving a show saturday night in Camden, NJ, got to my lot and kind of had to pee and at least a 30 minute ride home. For an instant, considered whipping it out along side my car, but then realized it wasn't a savage. As I leave and turn to get on the bridge back home, there's a dude, peeing on a building without any concern for people driving and walking by....people are strange...
