DC Tom Posted July 24, 2015 Share Posted July 24, 2015 "Given the prior conduct of multiple concertgoers and the fact alcohol is served on the premises, it should have been anticipated that concertgoers would 'ride the banister' and that they could possibly fall between the wall and staircase," 1) "Given that people are drunken idiots, the venue should have anticipated people acting like drunken idiots" is not a very good argument. 2) "It should have been anticipated that concertgoers would 'ride the banister'."
