Chef Jim Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 I have a client who is an ex-Bill who said when he was there he took upon himself to learn about the city. Pretty cool I thought. He said he learned in the 19th century Buffalo had the largest number per capita of millionaires in the world. I have no idea if that's true however.
