Kaiser Wilhelm II was Queen Victoria's grandson; Tsar Nicholas the II was a second or third distaff cousin through the Danish royal family. I believe Franz-Josef falls in there somewhere, too. World War 1 was basically a giant, royal family feud. It's a ridiculous non-scandal. It's projecting current mores and understanding to 80 years back, when Nazis were seen not as mass murders and imperial aggressors, but as social and economic reformers. Kinda like the progressive left. Hillary and her fun camps. That other idiot that just came out and said all "radicals" must go in camps. And by "radicals" he most likely means right wing nut jobs like vets, assorted patriots, southerners. People who believe in the Constitution.
