It was just a redirect to this page https://www.pairnic.com/index.html with twobillsdrive.com in the field. It lasted a couple hours. twobillsdrive.com worked fine, the pairnic showed up when I clicked the link on the homepage or when I used my browser bookmark to tsw. Haven't seen it since.
