Wayne Cubed Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Keep in mind, battery can be a "shove" -- jumping to any conclusions at this point is ridiculous. Suffice it to say it's not ideal. In Florida, battery doesn't even have to be direct contact with a person. It can be as simple as grabbing someone's bag.
Kelly the Dog Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 . It can be as simple as grabbing someone's bag. Well I hope he didn't do that to a neighbor's son who's a minor.
Tyrod's Tailor Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Maybe we should pay Marrone $4.5 million to come back and coach our OL
Bangarang Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Well I hope he didn't do that to a neighbor's son who's a minor. I probably missed it but do we know he was a minor?
Wayne Cubed Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Well I hope he didn't do that to a neighbor's son who's a minor. Ha, touché.
Tyrod's Tailor Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Well I hope he didn't do that to a neighbor's son who's a minor. Florio's alarmism would be more appropriate in that case.
Pneumonic Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Surely the Wells team will be summoned to the area to unearth what really happened
Wayne Cubed Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Of course it couldn't have happened at a better time when everyone's just waiting for anything football and reporters have nothing to tweet/write about.
Big Turk Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Definitely not what we need...he is a GREAT oline coach
YoloinOhio Posted July 12, 2015 Author Posted July 12, 2015 It's ok, I'm sure Pat Morris is available...
nucci Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Could be a lot of things. I'll go with what the team's statement will be "We're aware of the incident and are collecting information about it." That's fair in this case. That's seems standard when a player is arrested also
NoSaint Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 So do we think neighbor boy was being noisy at 1am and disrespectful when confronted or that kromers daughter is involved?!?
YoloinOhio Posted July 12, 2015 Author Posted July 12, 2015 So do we think neighbor boy was being noisy at 1am and disrespectful when confronted or that kromers daughter is involved?!?my initial thought was that it involved his daughter. I don't even know if he has one - but it seemed logical.
Kelly the Dog Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 my initial thought was that it involved his daughter. I don't even know if he has one - but it seemed logical. So maybe the kid was asking to have his bag grabbed. Is that what you're saying?
Peter Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 I have a hunch that this will end up Not being a big deal.  In the meantime, it looks like Kurt Anderson (who appears to be a holdover on the staff), will have more responsibility until this gets sorted out.  http://www.buffalobills.com/team/coaches/anderson_kurt/1dd1c30e-01e4-4b05-86b2-339e6d4652fe  I wonder if the Bills bring in someone like LeCharles Bentley to help out in the interim.  I also wonder how this impacts the offensive line competition- particularly between Seantrel and Cyrus.
Reed83HOF Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 In Florida, battery doesn't even have to be direct contact with a person. It can be as simple as grabbing someone's bag. Â Was 90 seconds enough time? Was Kromer the deflator?
Saxum Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Maybe the neighbor's kid, adult or other, is a Phish or Patsie fan and started it. It is all speculation right now. Â He will be in training camp/preseason unless he is fired; they do not have suspensions for preseason.
The Wiz Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 This sounds like a "get off my lawn!" Kind of incident.
Doc Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 A suspension, if there is one, would come next year. The Bills can choose to take action in the meantime.
