USMCBillsFan Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Schilling donates sock to hall... Who in the hell wants to go see Schillings bloody sock?
zonabb Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Same people that want to see Gibson's bat. When a guy plays hurt and goes above and beyond the call of duty AND it gets him a win and WS title, it matters to all baseball fans, not just Sox fans. The guy played with a medical prcedure holding his ankle together that was never tried on a live human before. It was a medical risk. It should be in some medical hall of fame as well. Typical Yankee fan crybaby whining because his favorite, dedicated, hard working player isn't in the hall.
wwovince Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Giambi and sheffields Steroid Needles should be in there also. LMAO
stuckincincy Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 As well as the 9-volt EverReady's that Pirates fans bounced off of Dave Parker's skull.

kasper13 Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 That was ketchup on Schilling's sock. He was hurt but not as bad as he let on. He just wanted to be a hero because he is a media whore and needs all the attention. Then he came out and said he won't be ready this year until late April at the earliest and as soon as the Yankees signed Big Ugly, Schilling said he will try and be ready to pitch on Opening Day. This year, maybe he can donate his skid marked drawers to the Hall after he pitches on Opening Day and gets beat by 30 runs.
SeanO Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 You are a bitter fan, Give the SOX their due! Ketchup! THe guy had his tendon suctured, You dick head! Sorry but a true baseball fan would see his acheivements as courageous! Most Yankee fans are not a moronic as U!! Yanks beating Schill by 30 runs LOL!!!!!! That was ketchup on Schilling's sock. He's just busting your balls. Schilling is a great pitcher and the Sox had a great run last year, but putting a sock in the HOF is the dumbest thing I have ever heard.
Like A Mofo Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 I cannot believe there isnt a Schilling's Sock screenname created yet!
SeanO Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Don't give anybody ideas! I cannot believe there isnt a Schilling's Sock screenname created yet! 235526
Puhonix Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Schilling's sock is borderline, but its not the worse thing in there. The Hall's had a history of taking promotional items, displaying them for a few months, and then they're headed to the warehouse. It'll be out of the hall in a few months.
LabattBlue Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 If the sock still has blood on it, then it hasn't been washed. Who wants to get close to a smelly sock??

Who wants to get close to a smelly sock?? 235658 It's just itching to be done.... what laundry detergent jumps on this and makes a commercial where some custodian washes his sock?

Ramius Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 eh, its what the fans want to see...you gotta admit, the sock is fairly popular and everyone knows about it from the ALCS and WS... i'm still surprised the Hall hasnt enshrined Steinbrenner's checkbook, seeing all its done for the game...
