The best remedy for me is Rhinocort AQ from the dr's, and get a bottle of saline nasal spray from cvs/walgreens or whatever. I use the saline spray 1-2 x's/day, usually in the shower. It cleans a lot of the sheet out of your nose, and keeps your nose somewhat moisturized during the cold times, helping prevent from sickness.
