LB3 Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 Interesting opinion piece on the lack of promotion for the Dos Anjos-McGregor fight. Some of the points have been brought up here already. http://www.cagepotato.com/opinion-was-the-ufc-purposefully-under-promoting-ufc-196-until-now/
26CornerBlitz Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 @FOXSportsLive .@TheNotoriousMMA and @NateDiaz209 went OFF on each other during tonight's show! #UFC196 https://snappytv-a.akamaihd.net/video/magnum/importasset/171656/clip/928000.mp4?token=1457107515_95c31b96d4e6f047d7099a252acd2780
LB3 Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 McGregor, about Diaz at the weigh ins, "How can a fat guy be so skinny?"
Buffalo Barbarian Posted March 5, 2016 Author Posted March 5, 2016 Rogan says it all https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8FpZM4QgoQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wT_Ppo0EX7o&ebc=ANyPxKrHq46-8Ph2L_AdGA0PwdK0CPUg6STs7-NUUR1J6Ujst-yMIoozXmcpt5_nmzjmn9qIbKAoVxcBkaIOn4JNkPCX2WiEuw

Alaska Darin Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Nice ground game, Conor Toney. Back to fighting smurfs.
MDH Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Nice ground game, Conor Toney. The funny part is he was getting lit up on his feet, panicked and took the fight to the one place he didn't want it to be.
Alaska Darin Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 The funny part is he was getting lit up on his feet, panicked and took the fight to the one place he didn't want it to be. I just started laughing when he changed levels.
John from Riverside Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 I dont want to pile on Buffalo Barbarian too much Anything can happen in MMA....which is why you shouldnt get behind one fighter too much
MDH Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Guess moving up to 155 is out the window now. This was a 155 fight without the weight cut. He's going to be forced to defend 145 at UFC 200 now. I hope the UFC gives the fight to Edgar and not Aldo.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 Nice ground game, Conor Toney. Back to fighting smurfs. you mean when he controlled Diaz on the ground in round one. Clearly Diaz is a lot bigger than McGregor and is why there are weight classes, most guys who fight at 170 weigh 200lbs. Once Nate rocked him is why Connor actually went for the takedown and was unable to defend that choke by being woozy and having a larger opponent on him. As I said before, at 145 and 155 he is the man and will be for a long time and is only going to get better. I dont want to pile on Buffalo Barbarian too much Anything can happen in MMA....which is why you shouldnt get behind one fighter too much hey, I can take it, if he looks bad at his own weight I'll be the first to say so

Come on man

This was a 155 fight without a weight cut, don't fool yourself into thinking it was a legit 170.
John from Riverside Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 I'd rather see Edgar as well It wont matter....he got really exposed tonight By the way....was very happy for Meisha Tate......finally got the title just dont know how long she will keep it
