Just Jack Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Meanwhile, Terminator Genisis started this week. Coincidence?
Maury Ballstein Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 A Volkswagen rep told the paper that the robot “was not one of the new generation of lightweight collaborative robots that work side-by-side with workers on the production line and forgo safety cages,” and had no known technical defect. What!!! Next gen of no jobs.
BUFFALOKIE Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 (edited) Mankind is weird. We build machines to build other machines that we used to build ourselves. How is this progress? Btw I hate the term "robot" as it is commonly used nowadays. I have a swimming pool cleaner that is commonly referred to as a robot. It's a friggin vacuum cleaner. Nothing more. The machines in the article are welders, sheet metal benders, etc, nothing more. Edited July 2, 2015 by SAMMY HANDWICH
