Yes of course I think EJ Manuel has a better chance of being successful in this league than Tim Tebow. Obviously I was being sarcastic. But I do think it's OK to have opinions on a QB after 14 games, that was more my point.

It's okay to have opinions on guys when they play 0 games or 2 or 7 or 10 or 14.

Definitive opinions, barring fatal flaws, not so much. A rag arm for example.

I don't care how many games Colt McCoy or Kellen Moore play they will never be good because of the rag arm.

Those are not fair comparisons. 90-95% of football people think that Tebow has a single fatal flaw. It's enormous and no one in the history of the league has been able to overcome it. No one thinks EJ has a fatal flaw, they just don't think he has the total package needed to be successful over time as a starting NFL QB.

would that fatal flaw be passing on target?

Not really. It would actually be his passing motion/fundamentals, which often causes him to be unable to pass on target, but also causes a lot of other stuff to go wrong.
