Thats it? Somewhere Matt Barnaby is laughing and muttering something about "casuals" and "Sunday drunk drivers". Amateur hour.

To be fair, none of the reports mention the number of tires on O'Reilly's truck.

Along with impaired driving, the 24-year-old from Bluewater, Ontario, has been charged with care or control over 80 milligrams and failing to remain at the scene of an accident.

The offence of "over 80" prohibits the operation or care and control of a vehicle while the person's blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is over 80mg per 100ml of blood.

For those wondering BAC is often stated in mg/dl, particularly in hospitals, but it's an easy conversion to the typical US format -- move the decimal point three places to the left.

80 mg/dl = 0.08

I was thinking that it would be cool if Bailey could join Kane on the Sabres sooner rather than later, and hoping that the black community of Buffalo would really get on board with the team, too.

i think Kane felt like a fish out of water in Winnepeg. I too hope he feels more comfortable in a Buffalo.
