I would be shocked if we get him

When the story first came out I thought he may go in round three. Then more came out and I thought more likely four. Now I'm thinking it may be round five.

According to this article the Bills arent in the top 6.

I know this is a NJ article so the author may be bias when it comes to team #6

He is just imagining what teams could need him. There is no information there. We should know soon. I'm thinking that we are not really serious about him, especially after Rex's Wayne Hunter quote.

There's a lottery?

@RobRang: The Jacksonville Jaguars "won" the lottery and have the first pick of each round of the 2015 Supplemental Draft, according to a source.

@MoveTheSticks: Nobody picked in first 3 rounds of supplemental draft

Yeah, apparently all teams that have the same record last year (and weren't in the playoffs) are drawn lottery style to determine order

Teams are ordered via a lottery system based on their records in the previous season. The Bills, with a 9-7 record and a finish outside of the playoffs, will be placed somewhere between the Nos. 11 and 20 picks in this order. Once the order is set, teams are allowed to bid a draft pick in a specific round on any players they want to draft. If a player is bid upon, the team who submitted the highest bid is awarded the player, and sacrifices the corresponding round's pick in the next year's draft.
