hondo in seattle Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Name: Isaiah Battle College: Clemson Number: 79 Height: 6-6 Weight: 308 Position: OT Pos2: OG Class/Draft Year: Sr/2016 40 Time: 4.97 40 Low: 4.86 40 High: 5.12 Projected Round: Stock: Rated number 5 out of 137 OT's Sorry CB - missed your earlier link. Weird how different sites disagree so much about his weight. If this rating is valid, it's very interesting. OT is a position of need for the Bills and look who declares for the supplemental - one of the top OTs in the country! Whaley and his guys must be studying game tape right now.
YoloinOhio Posted June 25, 2015 Author Posted June 25, 2015 I would submit a 3rd What were his off the field issues? CBF marijuana possession charge I believe
John from Riverside Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I will say this If we are going to have a hard time signing Glenn it would be a VERY good idea to look at this

YoloinOhio Posted June 25, 2015 Author Posted June 25, 2015 @BruceFeldmanCFB: #Clemson LT Isaiah Battle to Supplemental Draft..Am told he was ranked #2 OT among SRs behind Ronnie Stanley by a major NFL scouting bureau.
Nanker Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 No problem at all. Does anyone know the rules for private workouts/team visits prior to the supplemental draft?Rules? Rules??? You think the Pats** need any steenking rules? Hah! Don't make me. Laugh. Rules.

KollegeStudnet Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I read somewhere he could be had for a 4th rounder. I'll have to investigate when I get home later tonight
YoloinOhio Posted June 25, 2015 Author Posted June 25, 2015 (edited) Daniel jeremiah - @MoveTheSticks: Studied Clemson OT Isaiah Battle. Ideal size (6'6 1/2 326) & length (35 1/4 inch arms). Quick feet & flashes power but plays too high/narrow Edited June 25, 2015 by YoloinOhio
3rdand12 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Rules? Rules??? You think the Pats** need any steenking rules? Hah! Don't make me. Laugh. Rules. You should be more serious about rules. they are created for good reason. That was before my time. and i dont make them. but we should adhere to them. unless its inconvenient. Then you dont have to. but they certainly are not meant to be funny or have an negative odorous affect. i will gather a panel and then judge over it. Roger
ALF Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 Time to gamble (salary cap) and hope our 3rd can land him.
Max997 Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 (edited) I read earlier in the week on Twitter its projected that he will go in the 3rd round of the supplemental draft Edited June 26, 2015 by Max997
thebandit27 Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 I read earlier in the week on Twitter its projected that he will go in the 3rd round of the supplemental draft That would be very interesting...I would've guessed 4th or 5th
RyanC883 Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 Or Glenn. Or one of the backups. Or he transitions to guard and one of them gets cut. Or he sucks and gets cut. Guess it's pretty wide open. exactly. Can't have too much talent. You never know what happens. Hopefully they all play lights-out, and we have injury insurance and don't have to break the bank on Glenn. Daniel jeremiah - @MoveTheSticks: Studied Clemson OT Isaiah Battle. Quick feet & flashes power but plays too high/narrow sounds like a technique issue. something that can be coached. when is the supplemental draft?

4BillsintheBurgh Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 Here he is in pass protection (#79): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_sgesBzapYg I'm pretty impressed with that game tape. Doesn't get off the snap quickly, but assuming because he doesn't really care or have to work hard. Good feet, delivers good blows. SC at times didn't even line a player up over him. To me, that's a sign of respect. Maybe I'll have to look at a few more game tapes. Is there a game where he went against a top DE?
