Jauronimo Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 i am very leery of these flash cook places...just because you can cook something fast doesn't mean you should...flavors change with cooking, i don't think you get the full flavors when you rush things. I'm leery as well, but pizza isn't one of those things that benefits from a slow cook. I don't think any franchise concept is going to get the dough right. These types of places cater to people who are more focused on the toppings, in my opinion.
