Alaska Darin
http://latino.foxnews.com/latino/health/2015/06/17/california-budget-deal-to-make-state-first-in-nation-to-offer-healthcare-to/ I'm sure that will discourage illegal immigration and have few downstream consequences. Good thing the state's budget is in such good shape and the future is so rosy. Nice work, Moonbeam.
Nanker
No worries Kalifornia. When you run out of your own money, Uncle Sam will surely step up to the plate for ya.
Chef Jim
And they've been running ads urging the state to fully fund Medi-Cal with a bunch of kids saying "I am Medi-Cal"
keepthefaith
Obamacare came up short in this area, so Brown's plan simply closes the gap for those who were left out. It's the only fair thing to do.

Obamacrap wasn't meant to cover illegals. Barry clarified this back in 2009.
ExiledInIllinois
Luckily for many, California isn't anywhere near where you live so it doesn't much matter. My employer and I have health insurance coverage that is now 1/2 what we were paying 10 years ago.

unbillievable
They are billions behind on road and infrastructure maintenance because of the recession. Now that the economy has begun to rebound they're using the higher tax revenues to add new spending programs instead of paying off their debt. Sounds reasonable. Healthcare for illegals! Just as long as they don't need to use roads to get to the doctor.
