LeGOATski Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 No. Then a thief can go in with a hanger or something. Probably in the design like that, that's what the manual release is for. A little too late to study your vehicle when you are knee deep into a situation. That really should happen the first week you own it. Light bulb moment: "Oh, what's that little thing on the floor for?" Unless he's been watching too much Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd: How fitting... "Never push the wed button!" http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1793b_elmer-fudd-design-for-leaving_shortfilms Most all when in the locked position are flush with the door. Guys...just use your imagination.
Just Jack Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 Honestly....where is your manual over ride button for your locks? Right with the door handle inside. True story - my parents were traveling and stopped at a gas station. Heard a woman in a nearby car trying to get their attention. Turns out her husband was in the store with the key fob and she couldn't get out because he had locked the doors. My dad pointed to the lock by the door handle and told her how to let herself out. And yes, she was blond.
stevestojan Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 Darwin Award? Seriously? Guy got overheated and either panicked or went into shock.
