John from Riverside Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Why do these analysts keep talking about McCoy as being a "short term" solution - We dont have salary cap trouble - He is not old They keep saying but dont throw a damn bit of reasoning behind it I see 4 solid years of production of out McCoy.....which in the NFL is not "short term"

Looking at how rapidly many RBs decline, many are expecting a gradual decline in McCoy over the next 2-3 years.

Running style Only 2 years of a really high carry load
