Johnny Hammersticks Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 daredevil. it's only 13 episodes. made for netflix, very gritty with a lot of great action. good story and just the right touch of humor. extremely well done. This is next on my list after I finish Shameless, which BTW, is pretty darn good.
swnybillsfan Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 This is next on my list after I finish Shameless, which BTW, is pretty darn good. i have not seen shameless, but i keep hearing great things about it. and i am a huge fan of william h. macy.
USMCBillsFan Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 Anybody watching Wayward Pines? It's not bad so far.
dpberr Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 I'd suggest The Shield if you already haven't watched it.
Cugalabanza Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 I just starting binging on Silicon Valley. I watched the first season and half of the second. Very funny. Mike Judge is the creator.
Cynical Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 Anybody watching Wayward Pines? It's not bad so far. Wife and I are watching this also, but I am leery of M Night Shyamalan being the executive producer. Not a big fan of his work, but keeping my fingers crossed he's just a producer, and nothing more. One show I never see mentioned in these threads: Wentworth on Netflix. An Aussie TV series about female prisoners, far darker than Orange is the New Black.
Deranged Rhino Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 I just starting binging on Silicon Valley. I watched the first season and half of the second. Very funny. Mike Judge is the creator. Such a good show.
Cugalabanza Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 Such a good show. The season one finale where they go through all the scenarios and advanced math to determine the maximum efficiency for beating off all 800 guys in the audience was one of the finest moments in TV history.
ricojes Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 King of Queens CBF Great show! One of the producers or something was from the Buffalo area, Doug wore a UB shirt on a few occasions and Arthur had a North Tonawanda reference. I would love a remake, maybe with Doug, Carrie, and a child.
Canadian Bills Fan Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 I think it was Nick Bakay who is a Bills fan! Edit: Yes it was! CBF

Prickly Pete Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 Breaking Bad, Boardwalk Empire, House, Sopranos, The Wire, Sons of Anarchy, Mad Men, True Detective, and now...King of Queens?
stevestojan Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Used this thread when the Following ended unexpectedly. Started Rectify. EXCELLENT so far.
The Jokeman Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 (edited) Orphan Black from BBC America, it's just past midway through season 3(airs live at 9:00pm on Saturday) and every show since it started (36 episodes) is available on Entertainment ondemand (at least in Buffalo on TWC). MDH Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Bates motel the series. Pretty decent. Don't go overboard with your praise!
