Wooderson Posted May 20, 2015 Share Posted May 20, 2015 Big Ditch Brewing Co. Brand new brewery just opened up downtown on the corner of Ellicott and E. Huron in Buffalo. The head brewer is the brother of a very good friend of mine. They've been working on this for almost 5 years and has finally opened. The beer is fantastic and of the highest quality. I haven't had a chance to try the food yet (going there Saturday) but knowing these guys, everything will be great. Any locals interested in trying out a new restaurant/brewery, give it a try!
