Imagine if one writer for ESPN could actually get all the facts correctly... Hughes had 10 sacks not 9.5

In fairness to the writer, they have Hughes as 9.5 sacks in their stats section.

And I believe it was 9.5 until later on the NFL decided he should be credited for a half sack that he wasn't originally credited for. So if they didn't undate their stats page for that decision, it's an honest mistake.

The Bills won a couple games maybe they shouldn't have won, and lost a couple maybe they shouldn't have lost. The offensive coaching should give them one extra win, IMO, as should the additions of McCoy, Harvin, Clay, Felton, Incognito, Miller and O'Leary. I will be disappointed if we do not win 11 games and get to the playoffs, barring catastrophic injury.

I went into last year saying I would be disappointed if we didnt get 10 wins and make the playoffs and I was disappointed, mostly in the coaching which I thought held them back dramatically.

I am of very similar mind to you, though I think 2 games for coaching and another 2(easily) for the player additions. I know probowls are not a great talent indicator but... We lost a probowler in Spiller, upgrading to an all-pro in McCoy.....and added 4 other probowlers and Clay. My minimum will be 12 games.

32 yards rushing per game is a lot. It takes the Bills from one of the worst to one of the best rushing teams in the league. You're talking 500+ yards more for the season. Roughly 3 more first downs on average per game. Those are not insignificant stats.

When the two primary backs were injured last year it is not unreasonable to expect average 32 yards additional rushing per game; I suspect they some of they yards will not make much of a difference since they will not change outcome of games but it will give the Bills more confidence in running. In fact running it more including having QB do some running if EJ or TT are on the field portion of the time. In general do not think rank running is very important but more important is being able to run when they need to.

My worry is people taking McCoy's running yards per game and trying to project them on Bills. Bills have a weaker offense line and weaker QB than Eagles have so I expect less yards running for McCoy. From what I have seen McCoy yards depends on offense line to make holes a lot more than Fred does and I do not think our tackles are good enough for him to bounce it to outside as often. The key for him making a lot of yards will be other players taking pressure off him, being able to follow a lead block, Bills being able to execute screens by having TEs and WRs get involved and having offense not be so predictable to opposing defenses.
