Gugny Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 Better idea ... let's put him back into the ghettos of Virginia where he belongs .. then forget about him.
truth on hold Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 (edited) Sure looks like a guy who had the look of "done" last couple years. But with inevitable injuries to starters and a dearth of available talent, he'll likely end up on a roster this year. Maybe ours Edited May 15, 2015 by JTSP
maddenboy Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 At this point, he's pretty much in "feather my retirement nest" mode. Just like Orton last year. Or, just possibly, Vick thinks, deep down, that he can be better than he ever has been before. He'd be about the only person who believes that. Its a money grab. And its true that he should be hired because he's still better than so many 2nd or 3rd QBs in this NFL.
Fadingpain Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 His best days are well behind him. Sad part is, he'd be the best QB on our roster if we signed him...and directed him toward playing a certain kind of game. He ain't gonna lead anyone to the Superbowl, but neither are our QBs now.

No, he wouldn't be the best quarterback On our roster. He probably wouldn't even make the team. He'll most likely fill the void at backup on a team who's starter is injured.
Kelly the Dog Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 Too bad not many teams would give him three plays.
Beerball Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 He can play for 30 more years. As long as not one snap is taken as a Bills QB I'll be ok.
billsfan89 Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 (edited) He would be lucky to play one more year. Probably not going to be a starter ever in the league again. If he wants to be a backup he could probably squeeze another year out of his career. Edited May 15, 2015 by billsfan89
cfbillsfan Posted May 16, 2015 Posted May 16, 2015 Sure looks like a guy who had the look of "done" last couple years. But with inevitable injuries to starters and a dearth of available talent, he'll likely end up on a roster this year. Maybe ours I don't know why. One of the knocks on him last year was he did not prepare like a starter and thus was not prepared when called upon. Not a great quality for a back up Don't think he looked great as a starter either. Go BILLS!!!
qwksilver Posted May 16, 2015 Posted May 16, 2015 (edited) Let's sign him. QB? LOL. With posts like these you may have to change your name to Private. Edited May 16, 2015 by qwksilver

papazoid Posted May 16, 2015 Posted May 16, 2015 5-6 years ago ? .... it would have been fun. today ? a waste of time.
