@JaySkurski: Jim Monos says the #Bills ideally keep three running backs on the roster, but could make a case for four. Don't see how Bryce Brown fits in.

Rex doesn't like Brown because he fumbles the football. Bryce is possibly traded today.

So we traded a 4th for Bryce and he gave a loss in the KC game, nice move Doug.

@ChrisTrapasso: Karlos certainly fits #Bills / Roman ground and pound philosophy. As he's 6'1" / 230 with 4.48 and is better downhill than moving laterally.

If I were an NFL team without a solid 2 or 3 RB, I would easily trade a 5th or 6th for Bryce Brown. You aren't going to get a guy with better potential right now in this draft, and Brown is still like 24.

which pressing needs are you filling with players left in the 5th.... Teams almost always BPA in late rounds

LB, OL, S, DL

He's not an instinctive runner right now. But he'd be a very good special teams player as a former safety. That's got to be the appeal, IMO...

The "best player available" strategy doesn't really hold water when you're talking about players and positions when the difference between one guy and another is negligible and highly debatable.

That BPA really means situations like reaching for a QB when a very good lineman is still there. Not taking a backup RB when the team needs Oline and Dline depth.
