YoloinOhio Posted May 21, 2015 Author Posted May 21, 2015 @RapSheet: The one-year deal the #Patriots signed LB Brandon Spikes to could be worth up to $2M with playtime incentives.
boyst Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I am surprised it is that much. I am curious to see how long it takes to find out the Bills offer. I'd bet it was a $1.5-2mm offer. I am very surprised he did not hold out longer for a better offer. Does this impact our comp picks?

RyanC883 Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I can't believe San Fran didn't try to get him. They have no LB help, and he prob could have been a 3 down player there.

Id be surprised to see SF do much to help themselves this year. It would just be a drop in the bucket. They'll tank in order to start rebuilding next year.
YoloinOhio Posted May 21, 2015 Author Posted May 21, 2015 @RavensInsider: Brandon Spikes' one-year Patriots deal: $1.1 million, $800K salary, $200K playtime incentive, $25K roster bonus 1st game, $25K sign bonus
YoloinOhio Posted May 22, 2015 Author Posted May 22, 2015 A little more clarity on the Spikes offer from the Bills and why he ended up in NE. I had heard Hightower may not be 100% to start the season. http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2015/05/22/fan-friday-5-22-2/
