2016 NFL Draft: Best Value Pick At Each Position

By Jonah Tuls - DraftWire

In every NFL Draft, there are always those picks that people wonder why they didn’t go higher in the draft, resulting in them calling it a value pick. I’m not saying that these players are going to fall in the draft because I don’t know every team’s draft board, but what I do know is that these players will have the best bang for their buck. So without further ado, here are the players at each position that I believe a team will get excellent value for where their price-tag is.

Whaley taking in FSU pro day

It’s an annual stop for just about every NFL general manager, so it’s no surprise that Bills GM Doug Whaley is on site at Doak Campbell stadium for Florida State’s pro day.

NFL.com’s Albert Breer, who is in attendance at the FSU pro day, is reporting that 30 NFL teams are represented at the Seminoles pro day including the Bills with Doug Whaley looking on at Florida State’s best prospects.

@AlbertBreer

30 NFL teams (No Saints, Bengals) at FSU. 4 GMs (Robinson, Licht, Whaley, Colbert) and 2 HCs (Tomlin, Mularkey) are here.

Mock Draft: Goff will be a Brown
Prisco: Don't buy that Hue Jackson's Browns are out of the QB sweepstakes after inking RG3. Cleveland will take a passer at No. 2 -- and it won't be Carson Wentz.

19. Buffalo Bills

Noah Spence, DE, Eastern Kentucky: They let Mario Williams walk, and Jerry Hughes didn't have a good year. They need to get edge-rush help. Spence has off-field concerns, but he can rush the passer.

The NFL released the official order -- including compensatory picks -- for all 253 selections for the upcoming 2016 draft, to be held April 28-30.

NFL Mock Draft: Calling Cowboys' bluff on not taking a quarterback

By Rob Rang | The Sports Xchange/CBSSports.com

Jerry Jones recently proclaimed that the Cowboys would not be taking a quarterback with the No. 4 overall pick of the 2016 NFL Draft. His club's actions, however, indicate otherwise.

19. Buffalo Bills

Robert Nkemdiche, DE, Mississippi: The Bills probably should be looking for help on offense with this pick but as long as Rex Ryan has a say, the defensive line will get plenty of attention. Powerful and used to double-teams, Nkemdiche has the size and strength to be the defensive end Ryan had hoped Mario Williams would be. He's also quite athletic, boasting perhaps the most exciting raw talent as any defensive lineman in this draft. Ryan has never been one to shy from talent, even if it comes with red flags, as Nkemdiche does.

NFL Mock Draft: Raiders draft a Houston CB in the first round again

By Dane Brugler | NFLDraftScout.com Senior Analyst

Although 2013 first round cornerback D.J. Hayden hasn't panned out in Oakland, the Raiders shouldn't allow that failed experiment to keep them from drafting a different Houston cornerback this year

19. Buffalo Bills

Laquon Treadwell, WR, Mississippi: Tyrod Taylor is the quarterback in Buffalo at the moment and he'll need all the help he can get. Treadwell would be an ideal complement to Sammy Watkins on the outside.

I've been really out of the loop with the college game and upcoming prospects -- so I'm grateful for all the work the many like minded football geeks (used with the utmost affection) have done in this thread and the many others. 26, Bandit, BADOL, Kirby, and many others I'm forgetting at the moment, your work and information is appreciated.

All that said, and again speaking from a place of near total ignorance (always a good idea), my dream scenario in round 1 is Jack -- but I know that's unlikely without a trade up. Should Treadwell slide to 19 though, I'll be rooting for him to be the pick.

Perfect Pairings: AFC East (5:06)

Former NFL Scouts Daniel Jeremiah and Bucky Brooks give their dream scenarios for the first two picks for the New England Patriots, New York Jets, Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills.

How about we draft Andrew Billings, a real nose tackle- and kick out Dareus to Mario's spot? I like Rankins, but feel Dareus is being wasted at NT. And you don't pay your NT $100,000,000

I do like Rankins though, and this is a solid draft
