QB or pass rusher for the Cowboys? Try safety. Big D passes on big Joey Bosa for the versatile Jalen Ramsey, who will help shore up a suspect secondary.

BUF.png19. Buffalo Bills Emmanuel Ogbah, DE, Oklahoma State: They released Mario Williams, so there is a major void in terms of pass rushers. Jerry Hughes is solid, but the need more. Ogbah had an impressive combine and can rush the passer.

Now that the NFL combine is behind us, let's take a look at the players who have moved up and down our Top 32, while drawing on the same scouting reports and making changes only where necessary. We're also incorporating charts for each player, which feature the two most important measurables for that player's position (when available). Each chart includes outstanding, average and red-flag benchmarks based on historical data.

We'll continue to update our board as we get closer to the 2016 NFL draft. Although it's a given that some players will move into the rankings while others drop out, this provides a good snapshot of which players currently have the most NFL potential, based on our evaluations. For our full rankings list, check out this link.

By Will Brinson | CBS Sports NFL Writer

The 49ers don't want to chance losing Jared Goff to the Browns and trade up to the top spot to land their franchise quarterback. Goff, they believe, is a perfect fit for Chip Kelly's offense.

BUF.png19. Buffalo Bills

Leonard Floyd, OLB, Georgia: Gives Rex Ryan another pass rusher with a little versatility. At 244 pounds he might want to hang with his new coach in the cafeteria too.

As they restructure the vision of the roster, the Eagles reportedly moved up five spots in the first round of April's NFL Draft, which gives Philadelphia a new outlook of options on day one of the draft.

How fast is Laquon Treadwell? Why did Mackensie Alexander, the draft's self-proclaimed best CB, sit out the combine? Both have questions to answer at their pro days.
