Our First round pick should be DE Emmanuel Ogbah. End of Story.

I don't like it. Good run defender, but nothing else about his game impresses me.

Jonathan Bullard and Kevin Dodd look like more well-rounded DEs.

Most people believe that the Bills are going to take a defensive player with their first pick. If for health concerns Notre Dame's LB Jaylon Smith falls and is still on the board when we pick (less than likely) I would snatch him up even if it means that he needed more time to rehabilitate and he wasn't quite ready when the season started. I think this talent is worth investing in.

No one questions that Noah Spence has first-round talent, but given his questionable track record off the field, he could slide on draft day. A strong coach like Bruce Arians might possess the leadership skills necessary to help the gifted player reach his full potential.

19. Buffalo Bills: Robert Nkemdiche, DL, Mississippi -- The Bills probably should be looking for help on offense with this pick but as long as Rex Ryan has a say, the defensive line will get plenty of attention. Powerful and used to double-teams, Nkemdiche has the size and strength to be the defensive end Ryan had hoped Mario Williams would be. He's also quite athletic, boasting perhaps the most exciting raw talent as any defensive lineman in this draft. Ryan has never been one to shy from talent, even if it comes with red flags, as Nkemdiche does.

In Will Brinson's first mock draft of 2016, Carson Wentz is the first quarterback off the board.

BUF.png19. Buffalo Bills Robert Nkemdiche, DE, Mississippi: This feels like a perfect marriage. Hyper-talented defensive lineman capable of playing different spots but with major character concerns. It's not hard to imagine Rex Ryan rolling the dice on his upside.

Live 2016 NFL Mock Draft:

#Bills get #Clemson DE Shaq Lawson

Numerous teams told us that they all had Shaq Lawson pegged as a second-round prospect. This was before the Combine, however, so things might be different now after Lawson had a terrific showing in Indianapolis. The Bills could be interested in him, given that the lethargic Mario Williams is on his way out.

Robert Nkemdiche to #Bills.

I think this is the most natural spot for Robert Nkemdiche. Even before his latest off-the-field issues, the teams we spoke to believed that he was overrated. Both Charlie and I had him in the early teens before his recent incident, but I thought he could fall to around 20 or so.
And then, the Combine happened. Nkemdiche was fine in the timing and the drills, but he was horrendous in the media and team interviews. Throwing a teammate under the bus may have been the last straw for his first-round prospects. Thus, I have him slipping to the middle of the second frame. The Bills might snatch him up in a heartbeat. Rex Ryan has shown that he doesn't care about character concerns, and defensive tackle is a big need. Kyle Williams, who turns 33 this offseason, is due $7 million in 2016, so the Bills could part ways with him.

Shon Coleman, OT, Auburn

The Bills have a couple of disappointing young linemen in guard John Miller and right tackle Cyrus Kouandjio. Both have struggled mightily thus far.
Demarcus Robinson, WR, Florida
The Bills have no downfield weapons outside of Sammy Watkins. Robert Woods is the No. 2 receiver, and he's pretty much the definition of pedestrian, so a Round 2-4 selection could be used on a wideout.

Lawson and Nkemdiche...Walterfootball needs to be drug tested. Talent always overrides douchery in the NFL, Nkemdiche will go in the first round. He is a guy I could see Rex wanting.

If for health concerns Notre Dame's LB Jaylon Smith falls and is still on the board when we pick (less than likely) I would snatch him up even if it means that he needed more time to rehabilitate and he wasn't quite ready when the season started. I think this talent is worth investing in.

Not a fan of Conklin

Not a fan of Conklin

The Bills have a desperate need for a credible RT. The Kujo selection turned out to be a wasted pick. Henderson is more athletic than the sluggish Kujo but too often he plays as if he is befuddled and completely whiffs.

I doubt that we will have an opportunity to draft one of the top two tackles. Whether its Conklin or one of the other tackles that I mentioned it would be a major upgrade. We still should be able to get a contributing player on the defensive side of the ball with our second round pick.

it's a good idea but got a feeling with Rexy here they go defense.

Chris Burke of SI.com - 2016 NFL draft Big Board: Top 100 prospects

The gap between the top tier of prospects in this year’s draft and the second tier is rather significant. Taking the quarterbacks out of the equation (they work on their own team need-to-draft slot ratio), there is but a small handful of prospects who look like top-five talent.

That’s not overly unique compared to past classes. What makes the 2016 draft stand out is the paper-thin margin that separates everyone the top of tier two on down. There is very little separation between the players at, say, spots 25 and 55 on the rankings below. Same for 60–100.

A very solid defensive lineman with off-the-field issues. Mario Williams looks like he will play elsewhere next year and Kyle Williams is coming off injury.
