If you don't give a rip about #NFLCombine, I've got you covered with my latest mock draft: http://thedraftwire.usatoday.com/2016/02/29/nfl-mock-draft-4-0-pre-free-agency-edition/

19. Buffalo Bills: Reggie Ragland, LB, Alabama

Scouting Report
Overview: Rex Ryan would be thrilled to get Ragland, the perfect inside linebacker for his 3-4 defense. Playing behind Buffalo’s fearsome defensive line will feel just like old times for Ragland, who will show early on that he can play three downs just fine in the NFL.

19. Buffalo – Darron Lee, OLB, Ohio State
I wanted to draft OLB Jaylon Smith out of Notre Dame in this spot, but Rex Ryan has already worn out his welcome and cannot wait for a playmaker to get healthy. Thus, Lee gets the nod from GM Doug Whaley. Nigel Bradham is a free agent and Lee is a playmaker.

Does he only get that $5M if he signs? Does he have to re-pay it if drafted early NEXT year?

Here is a great breakdown of how Jaylon Smith's insurance policy works: http://www.onefootdown.com/2016/2/29/11130314/jaylon-smith-injury-notre-dame-2016-nfl-draft-nfl-combine-insurance-policy

I don't know if this warrants it's own thread. It is really interesting stuff. I put it here for now but if you guys think that we should start a thread on the topic that's cool too. As an insurance agent that used to work in sports it is fascinating to me anyways.

Ohio State LB Darron Lee moves into the top 10 after displaying the one thing the Giants need most on defense: Speed. Joey Bosa also jumps up a spot to the Cowboys at 4.

BUF.png19. Buffalo Bills Emmanuel Ogbah, DE, Oklahoma State: With Mario Williams likely out the door -- they are saying not yet, but it will happen -- they need to get another edge rusher. He had a good combine to back up his impressive on-field ability.

Letting Mario go to draft a DE with our 1st is the type of spin your own tires move that keeps this franchise from going forward.

Totally disagree. Mario Williams at a prohibitive cost without 100% effort and commitment to the team by performing his role is a detriment to the Buffalo Bills. Good Luck on your new team "Deers" Hunter.

Taking medicals and interviews into consideration along with the measured athletic tests and position drills, we break down the list of prospects who truly helped (or hurt) their draft stock at the 2016 NFL Combine.

Agree to disagree. I don't think good teams replace all pro caliber players with 1st round picks. The Bulls constantly create holes that they have to replace with valuable resources.

This team won't be better off keeping Mario and adding an OT or LB?

Awesome if we can snag Ragland
