Quarterbacks Carson Wentz and Jared Goff are off the board with the first two picks of this updated mock draft. Top-rated prospect Laremy Tunsil, however, has a longer wait.

19. Buffalo Bills: Robert Nkemdiche, DL, Mississippi
The Bills probably should be looking for help on offense with this pick but as long as Rex Ryan has a say, the defensive line will get plenty of attention. Powerful and used to double-teams, Nkemdiche has the size and strength to be the defensive end Ryan had hoped Mario Williams would be. He's also quite athletic, boasting perhaps the most exciting raw talent as any defensive lineman in this draft. Ryan has never been one to shy from talent, even if it comes with red flags, as Nkemdiche does.

2016 NFL Mock Draft: All seven rounds, including team-by-team picks
By Dane Brugler | NFLDraftScout.com Senior Analyst
The 2016 NFL Draft is less than two weeks away, and here's a look at how all seven rounds (yes, all 253 picks!) could play out for every team.

BUF.png19. Buffalo Bills

A'Shawn Robinson, DT, Alabama: With Kyle Williams coming off meniscus surgery and about to turn 33 years old, the Bills need to find his successor. Along with Marcel Dareus, Robinson would give Buffalo an all-Alabama defensive interior.

49. Buffalo Bills

Cardale Jones, QB, Ohio State: Buffalo is looking for a young quarterback to groom and Jones has all the desired physical traits.

80. Buffalo Bills

Kyler Fackrell, LB, Utah State: With his experience rushing the passer and dropping in space, Fackrell is an ideal fit in the Bills' scheme.

117. Buffalo Bills – Kolby Listenbee, WR, TCU

139. Buffalo Bills – Fahn Cooper, OT, Ole Miss

156. Buffalo Bills – Willie Henry, DT, Michigan

192. Buffalo Bills – Jonathan Jones, CB, Auburn

218. Buffalo Bills – Ka'imi Fairbairn, PK, UCLA

NFL Nation: Who calls the shots in all 32 draft rooms?
Bill Belichick and Dan Quinn are among the coaches who have final say, but there are several front-office people with ultimate power. NFL Nation reporters pick every teams' draft decision-maker.

Buffalo Bills: The Bills like to describe their draft selections as "Buffalo Bills picks," which implies there was a group consensus on each selection. General manager Doug Whaley technically has say over the 90-man roster, but video from the team's 2015 draft room showed owners Terry and Kim Pegula, president Russ Brandon, coach Rex Ryan, pro personnel director Jim Monos and college scouting director Kelvin Fisher at the main draft room table. Although the Pegulas seemingly have deferred football decisions to their coach and GM, it's hard to see Whaley going against his owners' wishes -- if there are any stated -- in that situation. -- Mike Rodak

I certainly don't mind this...Though I think Fackrell is the 2nd rounder and Jones is the 3rd rounder...Give me Chris Jones instead at #19 and I love it! B-)

Rams-Titans trade wasn't a highlight of Laremy Tunsil's draft-prep season. How low will he now go? My 2nd mock try. https://t.co/nL23yGdi62

Noah Spence DE/OLB, Eastern Kentucky
The well-chronicled off-field issues that Spence has will make some people in the Bills’ organization nervous about this pick, but as he did in last year’s draft, Rex Ryan has shown he’s willing to take chances if the talent level is high enough. Spence has edge-rush skills the Bills desperately need coming off their dismal 21-sack showing last season.

Which holes will each team be trying to fill during the 2016 NFL draft? Todd McShay takes a close look at where each franchise still needs to improve.

Buffalo Bills

Top needs: DE, LB, DT, OT, WR

The Bills badly need a pass-rusher to play opposite Jerry Hughes. He struggled last season as offenses focused more attention on him as Mario Williams floundered. Williams is now in Miami after getting cut this offseason, and Buffalo could look to bring in a replacement in Round 1 if the picks fall the right way. Leonard Floyd would be a good fit, but he might not last until No. 19 overall. It's never a good sign for a defense when your free safety leads the team in tackles, and that's exactly what happened last season, as the Bills allowed 4.4 yards per carry (25th overall). Reggie Ragland, the best ILB in this class by a wide margin, is another option in the first round if the value doesn't align for a pass-rusher.

Mock draft: Run on QBs early
Prisco: It's a pass-happy league. The Eagles trade up to the No. 2 spot to snatch Carson Wentz, maing it three quarterbacks off the board in the first seven picks.

BUF.png19. Buffalo Bills

Noah Spence, DE, Eastern Kentucky: They have pass-rush issues and this kid can rush the passer. He has some off-field issues, but Rex Ryan has taken on problem guys in the past.

19.Buffalo BillsDarron Lee – LB, Ohio State

A tough call for the Bills with Paxton Lynch still on the board but they decide to go with a player who will help them right away in a position of need. The Bills will undoubtedly get calls to trade out of this pick but Lee’s skill-set is too good to pass on. He’ll contribute immediately on 3rd down and other passing situations. He’ll compete for time with newly acquired Zach Brown but will find additional playing time rushing the passer as well.

Early and late-round options for every teams’ biggest draft needs
Analyst Gordon McGuinness identifies Day 1 and Day 3 draft solutions for all 32 NFL teams.

Buffalo Bills: Linebacker

Day 1 option: Reggie Ragland, Alabama

Once Myles Jack comes off the board, Ragland is potentially going to be in demand, with several linebacker-needy teams in the draft. He registered 52 defensive stops in 2015, and graded positively in all three major areas of his game.

Day 3 option: Nick Vigil, Utah State

Like Ragland, Vigil graded positively as a pass-rusher, against the run, and in coverage. He improved in coverage this year, grading at -2.5 in 2014 and +5.5 last season.

On draft day, I'll put up a link to my Big Board spreadsheet that I'm putting together. That way, you can argue with me and tell me exactly why I'm an idiot and you hate me.

I'm aiming to have 230 names on it. Might even throw in half a dozen kickers/punters for a laugh.
