They should be at schools with real QBs

Why is he losing his job for this? shouldn't this be handled in court?

he is suspended one game per policy. But no guarantees he gets his job back or plays. He will go to court, he was cited and given a ticket for a misdemeanor. But he's a captain and he needs to be better than that. Could be benched for stupidity.

I thought I remembered you being in on Doughty!

He was a senior in '14; he was granted a 6th year of eligibility since he red-shirted and the. Missed nearly 2 full seasons due to injury.

He's really blossomed under Jeff Brohm.

If we can get him in the 2nd or 3rd I'm all over it. You're right--he looks like a pro QB.

Good mechanics, fast release, sees the field, accurate, strong arm; checks the boxes

missed his game today, stupid TV didn't record it, how'd he look?

barrett was asked a question about something - can't even remember what - and he went off on a tangent about how the media doubted his arm all summer and that he can't throw the deep ball like Cardale. He reminded everyone how much he threw the deep ball last year and just because he isn't 6'5 250 (reference to jones) people acted like he had a "weeny arm" ... It was somewhat uncharacteristic of him to worry about the media. And the fact is he does not have the same arm. Edited by YoloinOhio

just finished the Cal game, Goff was solid but those ints were killer, he can make all the throws but his deep ball isn't the greatest. What I like about him is his ability to read defenses and go through progressions, also his pocket movement is fantastic and surprisingly can scramble when need be, would be a perfect fit in west coast offense. on to Lynch

Lynch has live accurate arm, he is starting to grow on me, he does play in a spread type system so that is a concern but he doesn't seem to be a run first guy and it looks like he has more than one read, so he could transition well.

Showing some wheels on the read option which is a plus IF needed

(their TE Alan Cross 6'1" 235 could be a Quality UDFA that could be a solid HB, too small for a TE but kid is scrapper)

Struggling to get in the endzone so far, might have overlooked Tulane.

@DraftDiamonds

From Earlier: Post Edited: J.T. Barrett forfeits his scholarship as punishment for arrest http://nfldraftdiamonds.com/j-t-barrett-forfeits-his-scholarship-as-punishment-for-arrest/

#NFL #NFLDraftNews

he definitely doesn't belong in a "top prospects for 2016" thread

He has 2 more years of partying (I mean playing) left.

We do get one more game of Cardale though (or more). He will be in this draft.

Since we will be picking at the 32nd spot, he will be long gone.

You mean the Bills are going to trade down with New England?. If the Pats trade up to the Bills number 9 spot what will they have to give up to go with the 32nd pick? I think Buffalo would want at least New England's 2nd round pick along with their 32nd pick in the first.

Lose out the rest of the year and draft Connor Cook.

First-round fits for top seniors

Chad Reuter plays matchmaker, identifying team fits for prospects that will be available in the 2016 draft. Could Connor Cook end up with the Texans?

15. Buffalo Bills (3-4): Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State -- I'll make the assumption that the return of quarterback Tyrod Taylor from injury will get the Bills near the .500 mark for the season. If the Bills aren't in love with any first-round quarterback prospect available at that point in the round, they'll look to shore up the offensive line.

2016 NFL Draft order and team needs
Lance Zierlein examines key areas of need for every club, including a Lions team that went from expected playoff contender in the preseason to current leader for the top overall pick.

Buckeye followers may well know better, but Taylor Decker does not look like a top shelf LT prospect to me.

he's not perfect. But he's really good. And giant - I think he's 6'8. A+++ character/intelligence. He will go high. Keep in mind how long he has to block for these 2 QBs on every snap. Forever.

A more under the radar guy is Jason Spriggs from IU. yes, IU.
