Chris Polian did not return a message seeking comment and the Colts declined comment through their media relations staff. Although 33 years old, Chris Polian already has 11 years of NFL experience with Carolina (1994-97) and Indianapolis (1998 to present). Polian worked as a scout, scouting director and assistant director of football operations before being promoted to Colts assistant general manager in 2004.
