WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Nice! I remember hearing good things about him. I'm surprised he dropped. I've seen him mocked to us in the fifth.
C.Biscuit97 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Love the pick! And this late? Never thoiught he'd drop to here, but I guess a 4.93 time in the 40 will do. All he does is make plays, though. I'm at FSU for graduation today and even my sons friends are getting a kick out of the Bills connection. First of al congrats. It's hilarious that all these Florida guys are going back up north!
Golden Wheels Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Probably would have been drafted higher if it wasn't for hamstring injuries.
26CornerBlitz Posted May 2, 2015 Author Posted May 2, 2015 @JoeBuscaglia Jim Monos says Nick O'Leary has a great chance of making the roster and playing this year. #Bills
KingRex Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 I'm just disappointed his name is not Williams. Maybe he can legally change it.
CSBill Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 6'3" and 252# is undersized? Same thing I wonder, when is 252Lb TE undersized?
YoloinOhio Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Probably would have been drafted higher if it wasn't for hamstring injuries.he is also a bit scheme-specific Don't forget Charles Clay was also a 6th rd pick!
Kelly the Dog Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 This is a really good pick for the 6th round. I went into the draft thinking it will be very hard for a 6th round pick to make the team (with a caveat that a blocking TE could do it), but OLeary has a decent to good chance. Polian just said that the GM will get to play golf with his grandfather, and then the guys on the desk started talking about Augusta. Probably not our GM though.
Lurker Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 @theMMQB: You got yourself a throwback, #BillsMafia. @JennyVrentas on how Nick O'Leary stepped out of his grandfather's shadow. http://t.co/5VydmNjofI Great article...thanks.
Mr. WEO Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 (edited) He's their best pick in the draft. I like it. Edited May 2, 2015 by Mr. WEO
YoloinOhio Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 @Gragg80: New TE welcome @NickOleary35......lets get it.....no motorcycles up here tho 😂😂😂😂👍🏾
26CornerBlitz Posted May 2, 2015 Author Posted May 2, 2015 2015 Draft profile: TE Nick O'Leary, Florida State (2:06) Take a look at the college highlights of Florida State tight end Nick O'Leary.
C.Biscuit97 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 He's their best pick in the draft. I like it. OMG!!! Weo said something positive about the Bills! This might be the greatest draft pick ever!
Kelly the Dog Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 He's their best pick in the draft. I like it. Probably my favorite pick and best value.
Lurker Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Probably would have been drafted higher if it wasn't for hamstring injuries. Agreed. I hope those are behind him and his falling to the 6th was a gift...
C.Biscuit97 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 @Gragg80: New TE welcome @NickOleary35......lets get it.....no motorcycles up here tho 😂😂😂😂👍🏾 Good for Gragg but this could get awkward. Though we may carry more TEs.
YoloinOhio Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 (edited) He's their best pick in the draft. I like it. <yolo goes to stock up on bottled water and batteries> Edited May 2, 2015 by YoloinOhio
Augie Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 First of al congrats. It's hilarious that all these Florida guys are going back up north! Make enough money for a lifetime.... then retire to Florida. Isn't that how it works? They just do it a lot faster. (Or file bankruptcy within 5 years of retiring, but if they're Bills they're the smart ones, right?)
Doc Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Same thing I wonder, when is 252Lb TE undersized? I think people are going off NFL.com listing him at 238#.
ChevyVanMiller Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Caddying for his gramps, The Golden Bear himself.
