26CornerBlitz Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 (edited) @BuffaloBillsPR #Bills 6th round pick TE Nick O’Leary--he is @FSU_Football’s all-time leader among tight ends in receptions (114), yards (1,591) & TDs (18) Like it! Edited May 2, 2015 by 26CornerBlitz
Braedenstearns Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 (edited) Yes!! And! Another Florida State man. Edited May 2, 2015 by Braedenstearns
Golden Wheels Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Undersized. Either a project at TE or conversion to FB.
thebandit27 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Norte Dame game: http://draftbreakdown.com/video/nick-oleary-vs-notre-dame-2014/
C.Biscuit97 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 OMG!!! This is like the only time the Bills picked a player I really liked!!! I wanted Maxx but he was my runner up. Love, love, love this pick. FSU had so many weapons but this guys always made plays. Tough dude and I predict he will make the team & have an impact on this roster. After years of neglecting TE, we got two players I love. This makes the draft for me!!!!
ChevyVanMiller Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 (edited) Jack Nicklaus' grandson. Let's hope we see the golfing legend in Rochester in August and at the Ralph in September. Edited May 2, 2015 by ChevyVanMiller
Kelly the Dog Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Being a different kind of guy, I think maybe he makes it and Gray and Gragg fight it out for the third TE.
C.Biscuit97 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Undersized. Either a project at TE or conversion to FB. He's very similar to Clay and perfect for Roman's offense. Vernon Davis and Walker were both like 6'3" and very productive under Roman.
Max997 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 (edited) Like this pick for where they got him Edited May 2, 2015 by Max997
C.Biscuit97 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Being a different kind of guy, I think maybe he makes it and Gray and Gragg fight it out for the third TE. Agreed. I'd be shocked if O'Leary isn't the #2 TEs. Doesn't have he measurable a but he gets open and makes plays.
Golden Wheels Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Isn't this the guy that ran a motorcycle into a bus and walked away from the accident?
YoloinOhio Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 @PFF_NateJahnke: New Bills TE Nick O'Leary had 1 drop vs. 48 catches; best catch rate for draft eligible Power 5 TE's with at least 35 catachable targets
Golden Wheels Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 6'3" and 252# is undersized? NFL.com has him listed at 238.
YoloinOhio Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Isn't this the guy that ran a motorcycle into a bus and walked away from the accident?just keep him away from Dareus
purple haze Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Good player. Always shows up too. Another H-Back type of TE for Roman to play with.
Kelly the Dog Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Agreed. I'd be shocked if O'Leary isn't the #2 TEs. Doesn't have he measurable a but he gets open and makes plays. I didn't necessarily mean depth chart as much as roster number. But it's possible. Roman loves to use a lot of TEs and a lot of different parts and different kinds. Gray and Gragg are athletic but not the greatest blockers, and probably don't even have the hands of OLeary. I can see us keeping one of Gragg or Gray, plus OLeary, because that would give Roman more options in the run game. None are going to play that much.
YoloinOhio Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 @theMMQB: You got yourself a throwback, #BillsMafia. @JennyVrentas on how Nick O'Leary stepped out of his grandfather's shadow. http://t.co/5VydmNjofI
Doc Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 NFL.com has him listed at 238. He was 252# at the Combine and his pro day, as per NFLdraftscout.
YoloinOhio Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 @JoeBuscaglia: Jim Monos says Nick O'Leary has a great chance of making the roster and playing this year. #Bills
