Just think, the Clampetts would have never made it out of Arkansas (or whereever they were from) to Beverly, Hills that is... If they had to deal with these oppressive Canadian laws. 1/2 of the population of California would have never made it out to Oklahoma and headed west in the 1930's... We'd never have things like an "Oklahoma Credit Card" (siphon hose) and an "Oklahoma Samsonite" (garbage bag) if they were stopped from making their journey.
