I looked at his PFF rating #13 ILB with 519 snaps . That's good for the right price. I think the problem is finding room on this roster. Wish they would raise the 53 limit.

Well, right now they would only need to find room on the roster of 90. Unfortunately, guys get hurt, suspended, (hopefully not but its a reality of the NFL) etc. so it is possible he could have a spot on the 53 in September. The issue is (from what we have heard) he has marketed himself out of his role here as far as his asking price.

Any idea what kind of deal he is seeking or could expect? I see that he made $3.5M here last season so the "vet minimum" stuff some posters are saying is clearly not realistic. I assume he's after a multi-year deal but have no idea of what his market value is. Even another 1-year, $3.5M deal would be tough for the Bills to handle at this point. After rookie deals are done they'd be only about $1.6M under the cap by the Rule of 51.

It appears he is not coming back at this point. I would have thought if he was he would have been resigned shortly after the draft.

sal Capaccio has a source that told him earlier this week it was "extremely unlikely" he would be back

Vet minimum seems to be realistic to every team in the league. He's not worth more because he's a situational player. Either he agrees to take far less than his agent is asking for, or he waits for a team with no depth to suffer an injury at his position.

There's a good gap between vet starter and get minimum money. That's the gap he will land in.

Ideally, I would love to see him back here. He's just not worth over-paying.

Since he visited with the Pats I was wondering if they were going to sign him just to make sure he doesn't yap about the "Patriot Way"... He has shown to not be shy about doing that

Every time I log on and see this thread near the top, I'm fulling expecting a tweet saying he signed somewhere else.

Me too.

Idk why he's not on someone's roster, and I sure wish it was ours. He shored up our run defense and fit in well with the other players. Seemed like he was part of the team's "fabric". The knock is he's not good is pass coverage. But honestly what MLB has elite DB skills?

Well, just checked his Twitter feed and he was in Charlotte today. Not sure if there's anything connected to the Panthers, but he was spotted at a mall and was RTing people who saw him.
