C.Biscuit97 Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Good signing by the Pats. Spikes will be tough to ground and pound against. Wish he would have signed elsewhere. The 33% of time he is on the field, we shouldn't run.
YoloinOhio Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 The 33% of time he is on the field, we shouldn't run. considering their corner situation, we should throw on every down
BarleyNY Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Seems like the Cheatriots got a good deal on Spikes. If this report is true they gave him a four year, $3.21M deal which would be about what the Bills paid him last season. I'm surprised that the Bills didn't try harder to sign him if that was his price. He would've brought some real help to the run defense like he did last season. Good, cheap signing for them. NoSaint Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 he is on a 1 year deal yup. he did not sign a rookie deal with the pats this week. that article is quite old.
Nick the Greek Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 (edited)  Getting old? The guy's 27. I know we're all rooting for the home team, but come on let's at least try to be objective fair enough. He wasn't seeing a lot of field time last season. Let's take week 2 against the fish. He played 19% of the snaps. 19%!!  the stats don't lie. I don't buy the argument that he has a lot of gas left in the tank  http://www.buffalorumblings.com/buffalo-bills-analysis-all-22/2014/9/15/6151739/bills-vs-dolphins-nfl-week-2-snap-counts-cj-spiller Edited May 19, 2015 by ldandria
YoloinOhio Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Stats don't lie, yo. When Brandon Spikes leaves a team, that team goes onto win a SB. #Beeeelz

EmotionallyUnstable Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 So first we hated him...then we signed him and we loved him.... then Pats signed him now we hate him again. Hmmm, I'm confused How is that confusing?
Manther Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 (edited) Darn he is not on the Bills. Double farts he is on the Pats**. Â AND, too bad it is after the deadline to count towards a comp pick. Edited May 19, 2015 by Manther

K D Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 #BringBackSpikes They might if the Powell injury is serious
NoSaint Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 (edited) #BringBackSpikes ill say that in the debate on RB/roster makeup, id take bryce over boobie and give spikes the money saved and think we would come out ahead on how our depth could contribute. it would seem more efficient.
