No idiot,as a black man myself I don't hate myself,my father,my uncles ,brother or grandfather.Two of the police officers that I respect so much are black men. One thing that's not clear to me - I'm no doctor, but how in hell does someone whose hands a feet are bound get a broken neck from bouncing off the walls of a van? I could understand a fractured skull, but I don't get the broken neck. I thought he had some kind of neck surgery or something recently. Probably made it worse. Yeah, there are lot of answers to be ask. I mentioned tossing the guy in the boat in MO (Lake of the Ozarks)... Many just do not take people's safety serious enough. They become desensitized to life and death. I understand that they are dealing with the scum of the earth criminals many times. Most people just don't give a crap about others. You get an officer that "has seen it all"... They aren't exactly trusting, they take liberties, etc... All people become the problem. They don't exactly have a Andy Griffith type approach to serve. Their job has to be objective, stern, and authoratative. Not subjective and arbitrary. Cheerful service, no matter how ugly the job is should be the minimum standard. They shoved him into the back of the van and he wasn't strapped down. It appears he was bouncing around inside that metal container like a pinball in an arcade game. Great police work. They **** the bed on this one and killed a guy. If that's police policy in Baltimore, they need to clean house down there. The palpable anger in that community says allowing police to give corporal punishment to their prisoners is wrong and has to be stopped. I agree with that.
