Mr. WEO Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 yeah and it is a pity Orton ruined that for Buffalo Orton failed to lead the team to victories against the lowly Raiders. Hell the Bills D even had the Bronc's against the ropes and KO couldn't play consistently enough to win. Orton completed 32 of 49 passes for 329 yards and 3 TDs (2 ints which led to no points) and the Bills O put up 24 points, 14 in the 4th Q. The Bills D Minus Dareus couldn't stop the mighty Raiders offense from hanging 26 points on them (and 140 rushing). They created 0 turnovers and had 1 sack of the great D. Carr. Pick a different game if you want to dump on Orton.
The Wiz Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 What does this clown know? Posters here have told me EJ is bust. Sammy's injury prone too so he and EJ can ride the IR together after their 3rd preseason game.

Happy?

Dorkington Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Uh oh.... What's 'uh oh' about that statement?
boyst Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 It is hard to hate on a guy who tries so hard to be so good. It is hard to remember that being a professional athlete is not just about being an athlete. That Manuel has put countless of hours in to outside training is remarkable and there really is no reason to speak against this. Manuel is doing what you are supposed to do in any professional field and let's hope it improved him. I can't believe this has continued to stray in to the direction it has - whether he trains with Joe Monatanna or Shane Falco the guy is trying.
FireChan Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 What's 'uh oh' about that statement? "Whether he's the starter or not." Sammy is hedging his bets.
FireChan Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Orton sucked in the Oakland game. 2 terrible INTs that put us in a hole early. Defense also sucked. It wasn't Orton's worst suckfest but he sucked. Happy? Of course, that's a "sucky" stat line, but EJ played pretty good against Chicago.
JESSEFEFFER Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 David Cutcliffe, HC of Duke, has been the go to guy forthe Manning's off season work for much of their pro careers. He was Peyton's OC at Tennesee and Eli's HC at Mississippi. Peyton went to him after his neck surgery to put his throwing motion back together and rebuild his confidence. David Cutcliffe has never played in the NFL or coached in it and, as a matter of fact, never played the QB position.
Hapless Bills Fan Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Whose fault was the JJ Watt INT? The Bills fault. They could have traded down for Watt, but NoooooOOOOoooo, they had to draft Dareus. Note:
Mr. WEO Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Orton sucked in the Oakland game. 2 terrible INTs that put us in a hole early. Defense also sucked. It wasn't Orton's worst suckfest but he sucked. Happy? We were up 7-0 when he threw the first pick (in the 1st Q). Oakland then punted. It was 10-13 at the half. The second int in the 4thQ also resulted in no points. We scored on the next drive. What was the "early hole" that his "2 terrible INTs" put us in?

Orton sucked in the Oakland game. 2 terrible INTs that put us in a hole early. Defense also sucked. It wasn't Orton's worst suckfest but he sucked. Happy? :worthy: Unfortunately he won't accept that either. How about crappy outing against KC and Miami back to back or the freebee and the ZERO total points against the Putrids 3rd stringers in the 3rd and 4th QTRs in week 17? No, it is surprisingly effortless and simple, for some here...

We were lucky to be even that close with a powerhouse team like the Raiders. To the people who defend Marrone and Orton, I ask why? You are a fan of Pinstripe Bowls and journeyman Qbs who will be forgotten in a few years?
