YoloinOhio Posted April 10, 2015 Author Posted April 10, 2015 Yep. I hated all the hype he got too. Outstanding player but he bothered methe hair probably had a lot to do with it!
judman Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 He made a pretty sick drive-stoping INT (during regulation) at the Ralph in the "Stevie blames God" game. I was at that end, and and had a good view of it. It was frustrating, but one hell of a play.
YoloinOhio Posted April 10, 2015 Author Posted April 10, 2015 I'm sure he's got a few more years left in him... For head and shoulder commercials that is. Was always a gamer. Lol @EWood70: Hmmmm.... https://t.co/ucsaWUcbU6
YoloinOhio Posted April 10, 2015 Author Posted April 10, 2015 @AroundTheNFL: Since drafting Polamalu in 03, the Steelers have had the No. 1 defense in the league in yards allowed.
mattsox Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 I'm sure he's got a few more years left in him... For head and shoulder commercials that is. Was always a gamer. Agreed. One of the best at the position. Always enjoyed watching Steelers game with him on the D.

C.Biscuit97 Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 One of my favorite players. Apparently, he never really lifted. Just a lot of stretching. Well deserved Hall of Famer.
Fan in San Diego Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 He is just one of those players that was fun to watch and a maniac on the field. Gave his all every play, but his play took its toll. I don't know about that. The last game I saw him play in he jump clear over the OL on an extra point play. Damn, I don't think I've ever seen anyone do that before.

It was the best game I've ever seen a safety play.
4merper4mer Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 overrated. gave up as much as he took away At least he had self promotional hair.
rfk Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 he made a bold fashion statement...his hair will join the great one in the hall of fame

3rdand12 Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Agreed. One of the best at the position. Always enjoyed watching Steelers game with him on the D. Letting him run free was such an asset to the Steelers. One of the best? for sure.
BillsPride12 Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Letting him run free was such an asset to the Steelers. One of the best? for sure. His game was the complete package, great coverage skills, insane closing speed to play the run, great instincts, could hit like a freight train
3rdand12 Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 His game was the complete package, great coverage skills, insane closing speed to play the run, great instincts, could hit like a freight train This. And he gets to retire by choice. Respect.
bbb Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 It could have been Poz Ah, I hadn't thought about that. I bet you're right.
BillsPride12 Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 This. And he gets to retire by choice. Respect. Yeah I think its very cool in today's era he played for one team his entire career. I can see why he is such a fan favorite in Pittsburgh
