Glad to see he tried it from the rubber.

Decent toss considering that.

I can't stand when grown men don't do that. Politics aside, my dad and I agree that atleast Obama throws (granted, like a girl) from the mound.

That wasn't too bad. Decent form, nice leg kick, and got it to the catcher.

Waaaaay better than Jim Jefferies. Ironically, he made an episode about it for his show Legit, which is fantastic by the way. If anyone here is a fan of Always Sunny, Archer, Arrested Development, etc., I think you'd really like Legit.

As someone who has done it ( and got it to the catcher ) it's a lot more nerve-racking than it appears once you get on the mound.

Rex acquitted himself quite well.

On a side note: has any coach ever come into Buffalo and immersed and ingrained himself into the culture more than Rex has? He seems to have a deep and profound respect for the history of the Bills and WNY in general. Makes it pretty hard not to love the guy before he's coached even so much as a preseason game.

Rex has always been like that. Did it in NYC too. Hard not to like the guy. I always liked him when he was with the Jets, just didn't like the team. He was great in That's My Boy with Adam Sandler.
