K D Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 (edited) http://www.zillow.com/homes/44-Hillsboro-Dr-Orchard-Park-NY-14127_rb/ Disclaimer: I'm not a stalker, I'm actually in the market for a house and I saw this one and so I googled it and it looks like the current owners are James and Jill Kelly Also, Fred Jackson has a pretty modest house in Hamburg that he built for $291k that I came across some time ago. I'm guessing he has another house in Texas too but I thought that was interesting. Clearly you can find anything on the internet these days *Edit* Looks like this may be their old house that they are still trying to sell. Their other house is 6 Woodcrest which is across the street from Mario Williams' house. Thanks Yolo Edited April 7, 2015 by kdiggz
C.Biscuit97 Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 God, houses in Western New York are super cheap. It seems like it is an invasion of privacy to listen the sellers' names.
YoloinOhio Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 That's their old house. He lives across from mario on woodcrest.
jo39416 Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 God that is an insane amount of property taxes... and the value is only 310!!! But for real that is a cheap price for that house.
K D Posted April 7, 2015 Author Posted April 7, 2015 That's their old house. He lives across from mario on woodcrest. Yea I do see them listed under both houses as stated in the op. Thanks for the info
\GoBillsInDallas/ Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 It seems like it is an invasion of privacy to listen the sellers' names. Property ownership is public information.
Luvbills Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 He doesn't live there any more...hasn't in a couple years.
C.Biscuit97 Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 Property ownership is public information. I know but for some "celebrities," it seems like it could cause some major problems.
BobbyC81 Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 I know but for some "celebrities," it seems like it could cause some major problems. People should be given an option to have their identity protected, like with unlisted phone numbers, even if they have to pay a fee.
Wacka Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 That's why many celebs buy houses or properties with corporationns they set up. The corp will be listed as owner, not the celeb.
DasNootz Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 Isn't Mario his neighbor?.. I remember pictures of Mario in the bobcat clearing Jim's driveway this winter.

ChevyVanMiller Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 Definitely Jim's old house. I interviewed him and Jill at the dining room table that is seen in the 3rd or 4th pic. Beautiful property and neighborhood.
YoloinOhio Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 Get out of that bush Yolo!LolI had to check it out when Mario first bought his house. Jim's house is not really visible from the street.
BRH Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 That was where he lived during the SB years - it's well-chronicled how the team would come over after games for a cold one or two. A friend of mine from college lived on the same street, so I recognize the address.
Leroi Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 And pay $16,000/ year in property taxes. Might as well not live in NY and buy a new car every two years. Imo
