nucci Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Is Sammy ever gonna get/stay healthy? I doubt it. He's been injured every year of his NFL career.
boco357 Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Buffoon former coach insisted on him playing in the 5th preseason game. Let that sink in, your rookie WR was banged up in the third game vs Steelers. How do you put him out there in that spot. All other 31 coaches would have sat him.All downhill from there. Such a joke.
Matteboots Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Explains the talk about Percy Harvin working on his outside receiver skills...Need a backup plan.
John from Riverside Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Anybody could see that Sammy was playing through injury this season....... Shows his toughness......not getting shut down over a hangnail like that. Makes me respect him all the more. Sammy will be fine....he is doing what needs to be done to be ready when the fur really starts flying

Big Turk Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Pretty much every player has some type of surgery once the season ends...much higher percentage of those that do versus those that don't
stinky finger Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Pretty much every player has some type of surgery once the season ends...much higher percentage of those that do versus those that don't Not trying to be douche, but do you have data on this?
Luxy312 Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 haha @sportspickle: "Sammy Watkins was impaled near his brain," the journalist reported about the day he got his ears pierced. LOVE it! Well done.
EmotionallyUnstable Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 the amount of sarcasm and irony in this thread is amazing.
Jauronimo Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 But JTSP swore to us Sammy was all the way healthy! How can this be? JTSP used the eye test! THE EYE TEST IS NEVER WRONG! Watkins has been downgraded from Ty Law to Troy Brown on the JTSP index following news of a hip replacement. BUST!!!
Jamie Nails Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 I doubt it. He's been injured every year of his NFL career. As long as EJ isn't leading him into Chuck Ceicel impalment, he'll be fine.
YoloinOhio Posted April 3, 2015 Author Posted April 3, 2015 Why does it matter, RIP Sammy the first time EJ throws him a pass amirite
mattsox Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Hurt in Browns game @JosinaAnderson: Sources: #Bills WR Sammy Watkins had a surgical procedure on his hip area early this offseason. Watkins (cont) http://t.co/5iZ8RvA1Jb Cool. I'm assuming nothing major. Hopefully he'll be g2g and light the league on fire this year!
bschmoove Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Great scoop by WGR. Any of the local media outlets even awake?
YoloinOhio Posted April 3, 2015 Author Posted April 3, 2015 Great scoop by WGR. Any of the local media outlets even awake? They are all in the TANK @ProFootballTalk: Sammy Watkins will miss OTAs, should be ready for training camp http://t.co/9ysvDcCLeu
Gugny Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Ribs. Hip. Can't keep his mouth shut if there's a mic in front of it. And now he's going to be mentored by Percy Harvin. Yeah ... I'll take Robert Woods, please.
Uffalo Ills Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 so was Sammy. My point exactly. Either they both are "injury prone" or they both arent. Youre trying to say that ODDB isnt as injury prone as Sammy? SMH
Chef Jim Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 (edited) No biggie. I had major back surgery in October and I'm 100% now and have been for a couple of months. I'm also about to turn 54 and no athlete. He'll be fine. It's not like he had hip replacement. Edited April 3, 2015 by Chef Jim
YoloinOhio Posted April 3, 2015 Author Posted April 3, 2015 So was it both or Josina was wrong? @viccarucci: Sammy Watkins suffered a slight tear in his labrum & #Bills WR underwent surgery around Super Bowl time, according to an NFL source.
