Jauronimo
Bandit knows his stuff and actually applies his skills frequently. Chef Jim was a fry cook I think. Beerball knows a trick or two and they all involve rubbing meat with ground coffee.

BringBackFergy
I'd have to say Bandit, Chef Jim, Jauronimo...they all seem to have some knowledge (more than me anyway...so take it for what it's worth). Gugny has some good ideas in the Shoutbox from time to time when he's feeling "inspired". Best cooking tip I ever got from him. "Don't just rely on the popcorn button, actually listen to make sure it's done popping."He has a whole Twitter thread devoted to pickle juice...when to use it, how much and best applications. Gugny
On a serious note: I, too, would have to nominate Bandit, Chef Jim and Jauronimo. My ideas are merely whims with no rhyme or reason. Those three actually do things because they make sense. On another serious note: rubbing coffee on meat is !@#$ing weird.
